REEL COMMUNITY ACTION is developing a ground-breaking strategy using the power of film to transform our relationship to environmental issues, and galvanize sustainability campaigns across the country for long-term solutions.

Our mission is three-fold:

• To showcase the most critical issues and practical solutions
• To address the problems that are at the heart of the ecological crisis
• To offer specific strategies and models for individuals and communities who want to be part of the growing sustainability movement including: creating locally owned and run energy cooperatives, greening the economy, driving renewables and clean energy systems and driving building the solar energy revolution

REEL COMMUNITY ACTION offers an efficient, inexpensive distribution and social networking system for local activists and their communities (coordinating with host venues; Universities, Libraries, Faith-based organizations and environmental groups) to work together toward significant change.

REEL COMMUNITY ACTION provides the tools needed to hold events that showcase both the problem and solution.
